4. If you want bridged combs or not.
5. What Power Supply, Motherboard, GPU(s) being used (Please Be as specific as possible).
6. Any additional information you feel is relevant.

*Returns are Accepted with a Restocking Fee of 20% of the Item total. The return window is 14 days after delivery confirmation.

Warranty Info & Accident Protection (Default):

Para-Pro XT and Para-Pro EXT cables are covered Under our 3 Year Limited Warranty For material Defects Only and this includes 1 year of Accident Protection.
This Coverage Includes:

1. Errors in cosmetic workmanship (Sleeve Binding, Incorrect Cable Length from order, etc...)
2. Errors in functionality workmanship limited to crimp integrity and plug integrity
3. Accidental customer damage up to $9.99 cumulatively in material cost for XT kits
4. Accidental customer damage up to $4.49 cumulatively in material cost for EXT kits

Exclusions:

1. Accidental customer damage that exceeds $9.99 cumulatively in material cost for XT kits
2. Accidental customer damage that exceeds $4.49 cumulatively in material cost for EXT kits
3. Intentional customer damages/modifications
4. Any damages to other products sold by other manufacturers/vendors
5. Incompatibility due to specifying the wrong PSU in order info

For Shipping Damages you must Notify us on Etsy or by Email within 7 Business days of delivery. For any Customer Damages Shipping will Be paid by the Customer both ways, and shipping damages will be paid for one way by the Customer then we'll Cover the rest.


Extended Warranty & Extended Accident Protection Plan (Applicable Once at time of order to any order over $150 USD):

Para-Pro XT and Para-Pro EXT cables get a hefty 200% increase in Warranty and Accident Protection duration with an additional 50% accident protection for materials cost.
This Coverage Includes:

1. Errors in cosmetic workmanship (Sleeve Binding, Incorrect Cable Length from order, etc...)
2. Errors in functionality workmanship limited to crimp integrity and plug integrity
3. Accidental customer damage up to $14.99 cumulatively in material cost for XT kits
4. Accidental customer damage up to $6.75 cumulatively in material cost for EXT kits
